Pay attention to the following when digging:
1) Bricks must be made of the same batch of bricks as the same manufacturer as the old bricks.
2) Whenever possible, use the remaining loose bricks that have been repaired the same time as the old bricks (Note: bricks that are damp or broken are strictly prohibited).
3) The contact surface of the new and old refractory bricks must be fired.
4) No iron plate can be used between the interface of new and old bricks.
5) The brick joints on both sides of the lock brick cannot be hit with iron plates, and the iron plates of the adjacent two ring bricks should be staggered from each other, and the iron plates on both sides of the same brick cannot be hit.
7) The sealing of the first few rings of bricks must be inserted into the bricks from the side, and the last ring of bricks is sealed with the front side of the bricks.
8) Masonry shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the proportion of the design bricks, and the masonry ratio shall not be changed at will.
9) The expansion joint cardboard of the excavated brick shall not be torn off, and the excavated brick must be wet (the mud mud fullness should reach 95% or more. It is strictly forbidden to have no bricks in the big head, and there is fire mud in the small head. If this happens, it should be Timely dismantling and rebuilding.
10) When using the patch, do not use (or reduce the use of) the processing brick as much as possible.
