Construction advantages of castable precast blocks

Castable preforms have significant advantages over other refractory products. The production method is made according to the customer's requirements. The refractory castable or plastic can be selected. After being fully stirred, it is poured into various prefabricated molds and molded by vibration and beating. After molding, it will be maintained in a room with constant temperature and humidity for 3 days. Maintenance is completed, knock it with a small hammer and judge the degree of curing of the product by the sound of the tapping to determine whether it can be demolded. If the sound is stuffy, the skin is soft, and it usually needs to be naturally dried for one day. After it is fully cured, it can be demolded.

In terms of characteristics, the castable preforms have the following advantages:

(1) The compressive strength of castable preforms is high, which is about 2 times higher than that of the conventional products.

(2) The thermal shock resistance is good, which is improved by 8 to 10 times.

(3) The wear resistance of castable preforms is superior to the ultra-low cement castable of the same material.

(4) Saving time for masonry, maintenance and baking. No on-site pouring, supporting and disassembling of molds and construction tools, only need on-site installation and combination, convenient and fast.

(5)The castable prefabricated blocks can be installed in any environment with different temperature range in different countries and seasons worldwide without environmental temperature limitation.

(6) Easy to replace and disassemble. In actual production, the damaged parts of the prefabricated blocks can be directly replaced, realizing the desire to replace the instant ignition immediately.

(7) Longer shelf life. Unshaped refractories usually have a short shelf life, and in dry conditions, only a few months, while precast blocks greatly extend the shelf life, which is expected to be several years.

(8) Longer service life, life expectancy is 2 to 3 times higher than ordinary materials, and up to 4 to 6 years, saving investment, energy saving and environmental protection. The impact resistance is 10 times higher than that of ordinary materials, and the wear resistance is superior to the same level of ultra-low cement material.
