Dry Impermeable Castable Refractory is mainly used for bottom of electrolytic cell, the lower part of the cathode magnet.

The principle of dry type barrier mix  is used by dry process vibration forming,which can form dense and tight isolation layer.

Dry Impermeable Castable Refractory can react with the electrolyte that leaks along the cracks of the cathode magnet, and produce a high viscosity liquid phase,  which can effectively prevent the further leakage. Therefore, reducing the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell due to the leakage of electrolyte, which prolongs the service life of the electrolyzer.

Dry Impermeable Castable Refractory features:

The dry type barrier mix is made up of many kinds of particles and scientifically mix. It is fully mixed with large compression mixer and trapped. The appearance is light red,the natural accumulation density has reached the best state, the inclusiveness between the particles and fine powder is strong, the distribution is uniform, and the compression ratio is small. After the dry vibration molding, it's easy to form a relatively dense and tight layer, and the leakage resitant is enhanced.
