Classification:
Product Details
Anhydrous pressed mortar/non-water injection mix is used to fill the gap between the furnace shell and the cooling wall, and the lower part of the blast furnace bottom sealing plate. After solidification, it can form a dense and solid whole, which prevents the damage of the water quality grouting materials to the carbon lining when the blast furnace is put into production. According to the needs of different parts, different non-water injection mix can be produced: carbonaceous, aluminum carbonaceous, high-aluminum, and clay.
Features:
1. The lining of the blast furnace body and hot air pipe is repaired by using grouting, mechanical pressing and other construction techniques.
2. It has the characteristics of suitable hardening speed, good fluidity, strong integrity after solidification, high strength and erosion resistance.
The use of anhydrous pressed mortar/non-water injection mix for repair and maintenance in the middle and late stages of blast furnace is an effective means to extend the service life of the blast furnace.
