DESCRIPTION

Corundum self-flow wear-resisting castable for CFB boiler according to different brand numbers uses various of artificial synthetic materials such as high-Al bauxite, corundum and silicon carbide as the main materials, adding with various of admixtures and high efficiency watering reducing agents, liquid agents, thus enhances the flowing property.

 

Characters of Corundum self-flow wear-resisting castable for CFB boiler:

1. In the case of not increasing water consumption, it is only dependent on the self-weight and potential difference of the material to produce the flow.

2. In the state of non-vibration, the construction can be done in the places where the cracks and the unshakeable areas, which has a good quality of construction. It’s mainly used for the difficult construction, wearing and tearing badly parts of the lining of CFB and other thermal equipment.
