Anti Oxidation and Decarbonization Slurry Coating Material
In high-temperature forging and pressing process, steel is oxidized and decarbonized at high temperatures due to various corrosive media. At different high temperature conditions, the speed of oxidation and decarbonization is different. In order to protecting the material from oxidation, corrosion and decarbonization under high temperature during storage, it is developed by our technical persons to form a new type product of high-temperature anti oxidation and decarbonization slurry coating material. The product adopts imported nano-ceramic binder. The surface is formed into a network structure with dense coating and low oxygen permeation under high temperature, which can effectively prevent the surface oxidation of the material and protect steel from damage. Its application in general, medium and high carbon steel can greatly improve the surface quality and productivity of steel.

(2) High acid and alkali resistance.
(3) Good corrosion & erosion resistance during long-term storage.
(4) High oxidation resistance, up to 90% at high temperature.
(5) High decarbonization performance, up to 90%, and anti-decarbonization layer is less than 1mm.
(6)Peeling off or dropping automatically with the aid of external force.
(7) Environment production,odor free, hazardous substances free, and no chemical reaction with steel products.
(8) Increase the productivity greatly.
