Ceramic composite wear-resistant castable
Classification:
Product Details
The high-strength ceramic composite wear-resistant castable is corundum-mullite composite ceramic material. The product contains both corundum phase and mullite phase. This material has the characteristics of high melting point of mullite phase, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high strength, good creep resistance and good thermal shock resistance. It also has high elasticity, wear resistance, erosion resistance and oxidation resistance of corundum phase. In addition, it has the fine powder additives in the product and the source of corundum mullite is rich, so it is considered as the most promising high-temperature thermal shock ceramic material.
The high-strength ceramic composite wear-resistant castable is mainly composed of high-quality fused mullite, plate corundum, pure calcium aluminate cement, and nano-scale binder is added to make the product have a very strong molecular structural strength.
It has the advantages of high strength, easy construction, erosion resistance, and good thermal shock resistance.
Features:
1. The production process design is scientific and reasonable;
2. Good construction performance, able to realize vibration pouring construction and self-leveling construction, and adapt to the harsh construction conditions on site;
3. Excellent molecular structure properties make the product have ultra-high strength and ultra-low porosity, which makes the product excellent in acid and alkali gas corrosion resistance.
