High-efficiency Slag -iron Separating Agen
It is made by our technical person and research institute based on JDZ. And it can form protective membrane on the surface of steel smelting equipment to separate slag and hot metal reduce maintenance frequency and strength, lower production cost and improve economic benefits.
The problem of sticky slag and slag ring in the operation of hot metal ladle/can can not only damage the refractory lining of the molten iron tank, but also the maintenance of the slag cleaning of the lower line affects the whole steel making operation process. In view of these problems, our company has developed the replacement products with high efficiency slag iron separation and synergistic materials.
(1) The product has good oxidation resistance, erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance. etc., and can effectively solve the more serious slag phenomenon.
(2) A protective film can be formed on the surface of the smelting equipment during the use of the product to prevent slag sticking.
