Joint gunning material
Classification:
Product Details
The refractory joint gunning material refers to a joint material used as the masonry for refractory products. According to the material, it can be divided into clay, high-aluminum, silica and magnesia refractory mud. Almost all refractory raw materials can be made into powders for the preparation of refractory clay. The joint gunning material made of refractory clinker powder and appropriate amount of plastic clay as binder and plasticizer is called ordinary refractory joint gunning material, which has low strength at normal temperature and high strength under the formation of ceramic bond at high temperature.
Advantage:
1. Good plasticity and convenient construction;
2. Strong bonding strength and corrosion resistance;
3, High refractoriness, up to 1650℃ ± 50℃;
4, Good resistance to slag invasion;
5, Good thermal peeling.
