Purging Plug and Seat Block for Refining Ladles
Purging plug brick for refining ladles take slab corundum as the granular material, the plate-shaped corundum fine powder and the chrome oxide fine powder as fine powder, and the calcium aluminate cement as binder. At high temperatures, the chromium oxide and aluminum oxide can form a high-temperature solid solution, and at the same time with a small amount of magnesium oxide form a partial solid solution of MgO-Cr2O3-MgO-Al2O3.
Seat block brick for refining ladles is made of plate-shaped corundum, α-Al2O3 micropowder, industrial chrome oxide and spinel, and pure calcium aluminate cement as binder.
1. Purging plug bricks with strong resistance to Fe2O3 or slag, and can effectively prevent the penetration and erosion of steel slag at high temperatures.
2. Purging plug and seat block for refining ladles has the characteristics of thermal shock resistance, erosion resistance, also the resistance to the oxidation of iron oxide slag is significantly enhanced.
